Overview

QuEST (Quantitative Evidence Synthesis Training) offers a comprehensive program designed to equip students with essential skills in evidence synthesis, crucial for advancing knowledge and supporting evidence-based decisions. Evidence synthesis allows for the statistical combination of study findings, addressing research flaws and biases, and revealing patterns that improve understanding of effects under various circumstances. While valued for its ability to inform policy, opportunities to formally learn these methods are limited in social and behavioral science graduate programs. QuEST, developed by AIR for Pipeline Partnership Program (P3) participants, integrates virtual events, immersive training, and mentorship to help students master synthesis methodologies and develop meta-analysis projects that align with their academic and professional goals.
